Service Description
The Literacy Revival One-on-One Program provides individualized literacy instruction designed to help students develop strong foundational reading and writing skills in a focused and supportive learning environment. This personalized program is ideal for students who benefit from targeted instruction, additional practice, and individualized support to strengthen their reading abilities. Each lesson is carefully tailored to meet the student’s current learning level and focuses on building essential literacy skills through structured and engaging instruction. Students receive support in: • Phonics- encoding and decoding • Reading fluency • Reading comprehension • Spelling and writing • Vocabulary development Because instruction is delivered one-on-one, the teacher is able to immediately identify learning gaps, adjust instruction in real time, and provide the support needed for meaningful academic progress. This individualized approach allows students to build strong literacy foundations, greater confidence, and independence as readers. Who This Program Is For The Literacy Revival One-on-One Program is ideal for students who: • Are struggling with reading or phonics • Need additional support outside of the classroom • Benefit from individualized instruction • Need help closing learning gaps before the next school year Program Structure Location: Torrance, CA Session Length: 60 minutes Format: One-on-one instruction Focus: Foundational literacy development Instruction is intentionally personalized so that each student receives the attention and support needed to make meaningful progress in reading and writing. 8 week course - 32 private sessions phonics diagnostic assessment individualized literacy plan progress monitoring parent reports reading fluency tracking take-home materials Price: $400 per week Start date: June 22, 2026 Limited Enrollment To maintain a high level of individualized attention, enrollment for the Literacy Revival One-on-One Literacy Intensive is limited. Families interested in this program are encouraged to schedule a parent consultation to determine if the program is the right fit for their child.

Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a student's seat in the Program. This deposit secures a limited enrollment spot and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, relocation, scheduling conflicts, or change in family circumstances. 2. Tuition & Payment Tuition covers instructional services, curriculum materials, progress monitoring, and program participation for the full enrollment period. Tuition must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment schedule prior to or at the start of instruction. Literacy Revival reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for non-payment, and may apply late fees to overdue balances. 3. Withdrawal & Credits If a Parent/Guardian withdraws a student before completing the enrollment period, no cash refund will be issued for any unused, already-paid tuition. Instead, the value of unused sessions will be converted into a credit toward future Literacy Revival programs or sessions. Credits do not expire but are non-transferable to other families and have no cash value. 4. Attendance Tuition is based on reserved instructional time, not attendance. Missed sessions due to student absence are not eligible for refund or make-up credit unless otherwise arranged at Literacy Revival's discretion. 5. Program Changes Literacy Revival reserves the right to adjust scheduling, session format, or instructor assignment due to enrollment levels, staffing availability, or other operational needs, and will provide reasonable notice to affected families. 6. Acknowledgment By submitting payment, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
